That's one heck of a model! How long did that take you to do?
Geez dude! How long you been doing space scenes. I am still somewhat new at this bollean stuff but i can tell you that my computer cries when i render larger detail filled spaceships. It normally takes me an hour to render, how long it take you? I could use some feedback on my models since you seem like an expert in this and what cloud texture you using for the flames and for the clouds created from the flames?
CentraCore, are we looking at the same picture? Waht clouds and what flames? The image if this is the one that your talking about took 8 days to render on a P4 3.2 GHZ with 2 Gigs of RAM. I hope this helps......... Cheers, David
I love these. Excellent.
I have been away from Renderosity for about a year and am glad to discover that your work is still being posted. Many of my favourite artists have unfortunately given up on this site. Well done on another masterful model.
Excellent clouds and flames Dave! Sorry couldn't resist, another sublime piece of work!
I am speachless ... almost. Awestruck is more accurate. Your work is terrific for lack of a better word!!! I will be studying this one for a while - all that detail, and from scratch ... WOW.
excellent work.
You never fail to amaze me. Keep 'em coming.
wow awesome I have not uploaded an image in awhile and I need to build something, I wish I had the time, arrrrgggg, Great looking pic. but I see something, the dish under the lander, its a little rough still, needs a little more smoothing, other than that the pic looks totally awesome david
another fine image from one of Renderosity's premiere near future spaceship artists! :-)
Thanks for all your comments guys, zapper1977, the dish (Heatshield) is supposed to look that way,its made layered that way. Cheers, David
wonderful job as always, LOL, the fastest way to find a flaw in any image is to post it. As soon as it is irretreivably uploaded, you will see it!
Excellent as the first one was!
