The Fog has just slide over the mountain covering the trees, land and cabin. The Mountains are steep and rough, they surround the lake on 3 sides. The Cabin is primitive, but warm and secure. It is a home. The trees are Pine, Fir, Alder and Willows. The wind comes in to chop the lake and the temperature falls as it will at dusk. There are Deer, Elk, Rabbits and Wolves with a Fox and a Cougar or two. This is a lonely isolated place with a beauty that is found in very few realms. When the man was 35 he found his life as he knew it, falling down around him. He was a quite guy who worked hard and did his best to keep his world complete. A nice guy whom everyone always said good things about. This didn't stop them from taking advantage of him, because they knew he would say yes. He knew it but he got along with it, just to keep his world complete. At 8:05 Monday Morning he over heard the office guys laughing at how he worked all weekend while the rest stayed home. He slipped out the door. When he got home his wife was on the phone telling her friend what a fool her husband was. At 9:03 The Man packed and left. He lives here now. Quite, peaceful, almost serine. Fishing and hunting. Goes to town once every three months for supplies. He has his music and his books. No back stabbers, office or home type. Last night a quick flashback hit him, he was glad.
