Interesting colours and water effect
I think that worked out a lot better. You might want to lower the maximum height of your strata layer for an even more effective appearance. If then you work in earnest on the surface for the hills, this could be a really stunning image. I like your water a lot!
Cool image, outstanding concept. Sometimes it takes a bit of doing to get what you want out of an image.
