He looks great,though I think he would knife you in a dark alley just for some more money for booze, but other than that, wow!
Awesome, he's a devilish rogue! Looks like the rats have been at his hat. :-p The only thing I could point out that might be worked on is his whiskers - they lack a little depth especially on the cheeks. You've given him so much character. Very well done! :)
