Description
Life is a journey. To handle power responsibly becomes a discipline. The power to regenerate is far more difficult to master than the power to destroy. Ancient mystics teach initiates to beware of people seeking to get them to prove their power. The need to prove that power is aligned to someone is intself an indication of weakness. Power becomes steady by walking the path of heart.

Fabulous as always :-)
Excellent scene Cynthia. As Morgan pointed out, a very dynamic, powerful pose. Fabulous mix of texture and colour. A wondeful piece. Well done.
Wonderful image and words. Great use of color.
I like the pose and character a lot. The back of the builiding doesn't seem planted on the ground, though. Perhaps painting in some shadows, or using the Infinity Cove would help.
This brings to mind a case in the Stonor Papers where a woman appears and claims the ability to change bllod lines by allowing a mightier knight to adopt the son of her first husband. She dismisses mere ancestry by this. Her argument is with the wife her son will marry and thrown foreward. The mallows take up what the sceptre discards.
