Description
2D Forum March theme: Movements in Art
I reworked an old etching to fit in the Gothic style.
The story behind it is the indignation I felt, when it was written in newspapers a lot about how african mothers were tricked into buying milk-powder from west (Semper company) instead of breastfeeding their babies. I saw in a newspaper an image of a mother who fed her baby with a washing-up liquid bottle with a nipple on.

I love this so much.. dunno if I would put it in the gothic properly, but definitely is iconical. I love so much the use of lights, the elements of real life, and the perspective and proportion typical of Middle Age art. Reworked to apply to the contemporary feeling. I adore this .)
Excellent image with a point to make. Good work.

Yes...yet another atrocity, born of inhumane and cruel intentions within the beast of aggorance and greed..the evil doers continue their ways..so those who intend to lift the world on wings of light should also continue there work, a work of moral courage and entegrity, we shall overcome, indeed we will............
