I looked up the Olympus--- I wanted to see if it was film. (It wasn't. An early digital camera, from what they say.)
I say that because, though this is digital, it has a film feel. (That's a compliment.) And the colors and patterns on the butterfly meld with the background to where this is almost an abstract painting. The wings almost feel like stained glass. An eye-popping photo, very intense. (And the Donovan song goes back! Just the visual reminds me of a time lonnnnng gone...)
Fun fact about the song: a joke circulated by Country Joe MacDonald stated that the song alluded to getting high on smoked banana peels. In actual fact, it was about a battery-powered "massager".
