Messing around with lighting is perhaps the most fun thing in Bryce, and it sure looks as if you take particular pleasure in that aspect of rendering as well. Only one way to improve this already fine image - where are the S'mores?

the man could be from now, or long ago...his clothing could go either way. So it's kind of timeless. It's also primal. Just the log, the guy, and the campfire.
At first I thought there was a cross in the fire---like he was burning a crucifix. But when I zoomed (I always do), I think it's just wood. The light is sweet orange and yellow. And the rest of the scene is deep browns. Evocative, lonely and peaceful. And timeless.
