40 years ago, a fictional character known as Optimus Prime died in "The Transformers: The Movie". Any young of the fan of the show at time really felt the gut punch in his final words as his colors faded to gray. "Till all are one.". Since the beginning and many iterations in both animation and film Peter Cullen brought this character to life with his iconic performance. Yesterday marked the end of his journey down life's highway. He's third icon of my childhood memories to pass away within a week. Dolly Parton and Tim Curry's passing also really hit me hard too. Wanted to recreate that fun vibe a got playing a Transformers videogame that has since been delisted.
