Description
well. this is ironically funny. I retired three months ago. Not going in to that place again is awesome. a horrid place.
But now i seem to be working more than I did while employed.
Though I am certainly enjoying more of the work.
No rush, no stress, no pressure, and best of all.....no drama.

used to laugh at my Father when he said than he didn't know how he had the time to go to work after he had retired.
Having been retired for five years now, I know exactly what he meant. I need 48 hour days just to accomplish half what I did when employed.

thanks. the more i hear from others, the more I am realizing this. And I was worried that when I retired I would get bored. lol. I had no idea. A little boredom would actually be nice. Had my boat ready for some peaceful fishing. Haven't had the chance to pull it out yet.
I also used to smile when my Dad joked that he didn't know where he found the time to work before he retired.
Now I get it.

thank you. yeah. where and when do we get time to relax? my dad was self employed and loved what he did, and passed away doing his job. had a smile on his face when we found him, normal for him. grandpa passed moving hay. he called himself the eternal farmer. now he is i guess. i had more free time before i retired, {shaking my head} what happened? lol
