Description
The Benedict we had as one of the mains at Hoyra, had the option of either: double-smoked bacon, smoked salmon, or spinach - we went with smoked salmon which I did not regret, though I imagine the other options were probably nice too!
It had a base of potato pancakes, then the smoked salmon on top. Stacked over that was the soft poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. On the side they had some veggies.
It was very rich and dripping in flavour. A very nice main indeed!
