Description
The pastry on this was perfectly flaky, crunchy and flavourful. Inside is seasoned pork and beef and on the side it is served with adjika aioli (tomato based type sauce) and spices. It's not packed to the brim with meat, a lot more pastry to meat ratio but I actually didn't mind because the pastry was so nice. And it was great with or without the sauce.
