Description
The terrain was cut-out from the complete LDEM_0128 of the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LRO-LOLA) and shows the canyon of the Vallis Alpes with parts of the Montes Alpes as viewed from the Mare Frigoris in south-western direction, its height is here superelevated. The material is from "High Resolution Terrains 3", sky and ambient light by the "SunSet" HDRI from "HDRI Enhanced Skies" (both available at Daz 3D) and the key light by the sun. A surreal depicted real moonscape.

Das hat etwas, das meine Augen fesselt. ich kann nicht mal sagen ob es die Landschaft, die Textur oder alles ist. Wieder mal fantastische Arbeit.
Vielen Dank lordi.
Captivating image. The pointy terrain certainly gives a surreal look to this lunar scene. A most special image. :-)
Thank you Staticon.
