Description
Inspired by RodS and others, I am going to start making a story illustrated with 3D renders. I may even do more than one.
Since these stories are set far into the future on other worlds it seemed appropriate to make sure that the locals have their own languages, so I have designed a number of alien typefaces as OpenType fonts, and I use them for texturing many of my models. This particular modelling project was intended as a kind of break, and was meant to be something I could make in under an hour. In the end a case of obsessive-compulsive tweak disorder with the labels pushed it slightly over the hour.
Having a little fun with the export versions of Coca-Cola, as I am sure some aliens would like it, while some wouldn't.

And that reminds me I forgot to buy soft drinks. Grrrr.
