Description
The city is one side (1 terrain from 6) of the CubeCity from "Deep Space HDRI 1". It stands in a Fading Mirror Box. In the far background a self made terrain. Sky and ambient light by the "Sunset4a" HDRI from "HDRI for Fun" and a bit of light by the sun from above. I front of the camera a Vignetting Filter with f-1/1 from "Lenses and Filters" (everything available at Daz 3D). The rising sun above a mega-city.

Fantastic scene.
Though you seem to have pre-empted an image I have scheduled for 24 Feb which also uses one side of the CubeCity. Though mine has different lighting and atmosphere. :-)
