Description
To compliment my previous character sheet update. I redid a sheet for Outburst the twin sister to Relay. Over the years her casual outfit hasn't change but her hairstyle and hero costume have. It's ironic that she has such a large family now, when my initial idea for was her to be orphan. A more levelheaded person than her brother. Although she doesn't share a powerset from either parent, unlike her sibling she definitely has personality traits that obviously come from her mother. The second image is original sheet from 2019.
