Description
More concept art for a possible skytown spinoff. Partners in crime, Melissa de Honey and Kai Gozen tearing it up in the backstreets of one of Bay City's less salubrious neighbourhoods.
This was an experiment in layering /compositing. With the demise of the Motion Master plugin, I'm yet to find a good way to get motion blur into renders. I have included the 5 layer composite as well as the "out of camera" version... UPPDATE: I discovered a "zoom blur" in gimp, so i tried layering this with with a transparent cutout of the main figures, two translucent polygons for the light streaks and finally a partial cutout for the right hand figure to overlie the light polygonss... laborious but definitely an improvement. Phew!

I remember my Poser days and I would layer away, sometimes 30 or more to make the render look how I imagined but you are so right, very laborious and so worth it at the end of the day. I find motion blur my kryptonite so applause to you for achieving these results.
