Lieve Mies, opnieuw een fantastische creatie, zowel het ontwerp als de kleuren zijn echt heel bijzonder, bravo !! Ik ben je niet vergeten maar heb dit jaar nog niet anders gekend dan problemen op allerlei vlak, zelfs vandaag was het internet uitgevallen , de tweede maal al deze week en is per toeval een half uur geleden hersteld,maar men verwacht nog problemen .Ben ook al driemaal naar het ziekenhuis geweest.

When you first posted this, I thought it was a photo! (That was before I read your description.) I would have written, "How did you get those wonderful effects in Photoshop?"
But then I read that it was a fractal: I'm even more impressed! Beautiful work on this---your flowers are real flowers, but they're also fractal "bursts," like little solar systems. They look like little fireworks (vuurwerk). (Or is it "vuurwerks"?) And the orange and green make wonderful contrasts.
And your poem is a beautiful evocation of the gift of spring. (With your rhyme again, this time in couplets ((lines 1 and 2, lines 3 and 4)). Your English is so good, Jacomina, I would assume you were born and raised in an english-speaking country, if I didn't know you. You write beautiful english, including your poetry.
I don't know how to enter the spring contest here---I entered my name, but it never showed up (at least at the time I entered). I hope your work showed up: You deserve to be seen by everyone.
