I imported yromantix - Volumetric Flames from DAZ via FBX and using cycles scatter volume shader in the material room. You have to play with the color and denisty to get the right effect. If you have any questians let me know.
OMG .. I can import volumetric Flames?! .. Maybe also volumetric clouds o.O This is a whole new level on possibillities XD Thank you so much for the Info. I thought I cant load volumetric models from DAZ into Poser .. I never thought about FBX :)
Yes you can but the volumetrics that say VDB can not be used because they are script based to Daz and other 3d software. Poser does not read VDB scripts as of yet. Glad to be of help.
Dimension Theory has a nice collection of flames and infetnos. I tried a few of the clouds but they didn't work out so well.
