Hello, I already maked this artwork in 2012 (Poser 10) with FireFly and Photoshop and today, I updated it adding the obelisk and statue of Anubis with SuperFly

Unfortunately, this mythology is not correct. A much better representation is using the goddess Wadjet to replace the Grecian goddess Medusa. In that regard, you can replace the serpent heads with cobra heads, which are more appropriate to depict Egyptian mythology and fantasy. But, this is my opinion.
