Oh yeah, other than the purple area light. She is being lit on the sides by the yellow emitting triangle. I'm trying to show what can be done in Poser. A lot of trails and errors with lighting and an understanding of textures, mainly by reverse engineering of assets. With patience and practice anyone can do this even better than me. Thank you much.
I am so behind with Poser - still got to get 13. I will practice more when I get it. I wouldn't mind, but it was the first 3D software I ever used. Your skill in Poser always impresses me greatly. 💙
Hey thanks, I remember buying Poser 3 at a Comp U.S.A computer store back in the 90's. Just the idea we could play with 3d on our PC back then was awesome. I really didn't get serious with Poser until Poser 9. For so long I was intimidated by my lack of skill and understanding, but my breakthrough was understanding the different lights and textures.

Fantastic results on these! You do some amazing work, my friend! Killer lighting, and of course I'm gonna have to play with this technique.
It is amazing what can be done with Poser. I've been using it since version 8. Every time I open it up, it's another learning experience. And I love that.
For instance the hair light in my last render (Fire Princess) was done with a point light inside the "bowl" part of the bowl prop. I made the bowl material reflective, and set it to be invisible to the camera. I wasn't sure it would work, but it did. It seemed like it spread the light better than a spotlight. Some of my previous photo studio experience still alive! 😁
Oh yeah thanks, Superfly is capable of putting out some cool renders. It's easy to make any object emitt light by turning up the ambient dial and setting the color you want. It pays off to just fool around in Poser that's how I learn a lot of things. Thank you much.
