OMG this is very good. Good job on posing. I love the baby.
Thank you so very much for your nice feedback. Adding the baby was a last minute decision to convey the feeling of how displacement affects the old and young and everyone in between.
really a good moody atmo. enjoy the elements.
Thank you very much. As always, I appreciate your feedback. This was an experimental piece using multiple lighting techniques in a single image to achieve the smooth tonal look I wanted.
ein sehr schöner Render gefällt mir gut
Thank you. I'm glad you like.
😊
As you write it yourself, this very beautiful and moving composition is an artistic contemporary way of revisiting the dreadful predicament of having to leave one's country because it is either in the military hands of a foreign army or because it is claimed by a neighboring country. My thoughts are reaching out to Ukraine and Nagorno Karabakh in that regard. Whatever, you've done a super job on the atmosphere , the colours and the viewpoint of the scene. Well done!
Thank you for your wonderful comment. I'm always happy when a piece touches a viewer in some meaningful way. Or evokes other connections and emotions. Or simply makes them smile.
Sadly, the phenomenon of mass dislocation is as old as humanity itself.
It is distressing that people are forced to go through times like this!
Yes. But that's just life. Take the good with the bad. It all somehow evens out in the end. Or so I choose to believe.
