This is the first Orange Tip butterfly I spotted in our garden. This one is a male.
Latin name: Anthocharis cardamines.

This is an extremly sharp macro up to the last hair. What kind of camera is capable of such a shot? Besides: You must be living in a very sound environment, because Anthocharis is a sensitive species!

A magnificent photo of this little beauty! I used to collect butterflies when I was a kid. Never had one like this, though. The detail here is amazing.
