This is a photo out of our garden from Allium schoenoprasum, it's a species of flowering plant in the family Amaryllidaceae that produces edible leaves and flowers.
In English the common name is Chives.
Dutch: Bieslook.
It's a macro shot, a bit unusual because the flowers are coming out from the seed of this plant.
