Very nice light. What or whom is she expecting?
Looking great!
Cool scene, and so many details.
Whoever interrupted her studies is going to be sorry, if they end up meeting the business end of that dagger! Love the lighting, esp. how it falls across the chair.
You want a perfect example of your way with "dark light"? This is it. Do you know how good you are at this? This is a very dark scene, yet you have all the light you need. Beautiful light on the woman, and beautiful light on the books---all from a few candles. And the deep shadows of this dark library are so rich. A beautiful piece, Steve, and fitting for halloween since it's mysterious, dark and foreboding. A real beauty.
