Description
Sir Squeaker dropped to all fours and scampered toward the open door with the dwarf and cat girl following. He paused at the door and said, "I will need some time to get to the inner crypt where are the coveted shinies. Therefore, wait at least 100 breaths before you follow me to tease out the iron beastie."
"Wait, what?!?" Jorl spluttered. "Now I needs must know me maths?!?"
"I've numbers enough to do that, Squeaker. Jorl can use his sharp wits to plan how to avoid being snatched by yon Golem until you can get that scroll into it!" The cat girl winked and Jorl growled under his breath.
"Wish for my good fortune!" the little rodent squeaked and disappeared into the gloomy depths of the tomb.
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.757 with Superfly Cycles 2 and tweaked in Photoshop for a bit of glow (spectral bloom) and vignette. The Catgirl is based on A3, the Dwarf is a stand alone figure by Sixus1 and Sir Squeaker is part of a bundle from Poser Software. The setting is from "The Dungeon" by Sveva and LukeA.

Fine fantasy scene and image composition.
Thank you, Mazzam. I think I'm getting a bit better with this business of scenes at night. =)
Molly
I found that a lot of Sixus1's earlier characters were kinda creepy looking, but the dwarf looks good and worth $9.98 The plot thickens ... :)
Sixus1 was best at making monsters, I agree. The Dwarvez figures are a bit hard to pose because of their short stature and unusual proportions but I've been pleased with what I can do with Jorl. I'm sorry that Sixus1 has moved on from Poser. =(
Molly
the mouse sure has their attention. good render and lighting.
Heh. Yeah, Sir Squeaker is pretty much integral to their Plan B to get the shinies. XD
Thank you for commenting, my dear!
Molly
All on pins waiting for something to go wrong ... Love it!
=) Yep, that's the way these sort of stories go.... the best laid plans of men and rats (in this case) often go awry. XD
Thanks for the encouragement, my dear!
Molly
Impressive lighting, superb POV, great details. Adorable lil guy, way too hot kitty, brilliant composition and render. Delightful story. Magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!
Thank you, Marius. I always count on your support.
Molly
Good luck Squeak!!! Great scene. Again love the lighting :)
I'm go pleased that the lighting works for you, Kellie. This business of lighting a scene with natural torch light is tricky business for teh Mollz. XD
Molly
Godspeed and good luck to you, Sir Squeaker! I love the bit of dialogue where Jori complains about having to count to 100!! He doesn't have enough fingers and toes to go that high :-)
Yes, Jorl is pretty basic. XD I'm having a great timed with developing the characters. I might do more of this fantasy stuff. ;-)
Molly
Very cool! Love the story! Can't wait to see what Squeekers does.
Thanks for the encouragement, Annie! I'll keep chipping away at this story for a bit longer, I think.
Molly
In he goes! :) Nice point of view and poses. Cat girl looks adorable here.
Thank you! I wish I was better with textures because I agree that this Cat Girl based on A3 is ADORABLE. <3
Molly
FUN stuff!!
Thank you! I haven't much experience with this sort of fantasy and it's really stretched me in terms of images and story-telling. XD
Molly
I hear very tense and foreboding music! Such suspense! Stay tuned, friends, for further developments in this cliff hanger!
Heh. Yes, that's the narrative style I have in mind! <3
The next picture is the one I'm kind of stuck on. I've tried a couple of different setups but haven't yet discovered the ONE. XD When I find it I hope you'll find it entertaining! =)
