I am an amateur artist. I enjoy rendering 3D compositions and exploring random trains of thought when creating new images. I get a lot of inspiration from the many wonderful artist here at Renderosity. If you find a render I have created that you like, please give me a comment. I love hearing from you. Thank all of you that have commented on my renders to date. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so!

Reminds me off the odd truck rallies I saw the year I lived in the south

I'm with Richard - background is perfect for this scene.

The background works PERFECTLY with the lighting and the foreground. What would have made it TOTALLY perfect is a bit narrower DoF so the foreground trucks remain very sharp and the pick 'em up trucks and dudes in between the background and foreground are slightly less sharply focused than the foreground but not as out of focus as the background. Of course, Perfection is the well-known enemy of good enough... XD
Thank you for sharing!

Beautifully structured Bill! I'm puzzling just how fast this convoy could travel safely? Never seen anything quite like it before! Fabulous scene!

I remember seeing them assembled like this traveling across North Dakota where I was raised back in the 50s and 60s. Don't recall seeing more than a couple behind one driver at a time though. I don't think they went more than a few hundred miles that way either. I believe one of the assembly plants was in the Minneapolis MN area. From there, they were likely distributed to a three or four state area that way. At least that is my guess. I can't substantiate it with any facts. Thanks much for the comment! Greatly appreciated!
