That would be a scary place to be trapped in a glass container, but if she's a doll, maybe she's not so much trapped as being stored there? Her expression suggests she's not too bothered about it, either way :-)
She is in the elevator. Not obvious if you don't know the set. But those tentacles are definitely scary.
