Personally, i rather like the heat and I find saunas relaxing as with a hammam and all things of that ilk... unlike the chap here, it seems. Could do with one now!

I like heat but not sauna heat, even the idea is suffocating. These two seem to be comfortable with it, but the door is open so it won't get too hot in there.
OK Ute...its time to close the door, people are starting to notice! "LOL" Plus with the door closed, the heat will stay in and the temperature will stay well regulated in the Sauna...this in itself will help save money on the electric gas bill!
I am personally not a great fan of Saunas, as I would rather spend the time outdoors...but that's just me! :-)

Never really tried a sauna... After a summer in the midwest USA, you don't need a sauna!

Sure thing! From my experience, sauna brooms (also called veniks) are totally worth trying. They’re bundles of natural branches like birch or oak, and they help with blood flow, detox, and just feeling great after a sauna session. I like the birch ones because they smell really fresh. Just make sure to prepare them right — soaking them first helps a lot. You can find info online easily if you want to learn more or pick one that suits your style.
