Description
In our garden this Admiral butterfly try to steals the show on our Ivy.
I don't know if he gives a ballet version, or perhaps it's tap dancing.
I wonder, would he have practised for a long time, what do you think? ;-)
Thank you very much for your look, dear friends.

This photo is great and this butterfly is absolutely gorgeous.
Deze "dansende" vlinder is prachtig en heel mooi in beeld gebracht met je excellente macro Mies !!!!
Jullie tuin is echt een paradijs voor vlinders , prachtige vlinder.
I saw one in my garden this afternoon, but it didn't want to land :( Superb macro!
Amazing find and capture Mies.
You come up with the most beautiful captures of these amazing little critters! :-)
Very beautiful capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful!
Full size, this is a stunning capture. Because the butterfly is standing right in the middle of the photo. And his legs are fully extended---doing a 'ballet', as you say. It looks like he's trying very hard to balance on those little flower buds. But right above his legs are his beautiful body and wing-span. The clarity and colors are beautiful. (And such a hairy black body!)
Your background is a soft ocean of little flower-sprouts. It's a perfect contrast to that bold butterfly. A stunning picture. Amazing to see that huge butterfly balancing on those thin, thin legs.
excellent done my friend.
Prachtige vlinder.
