I thank you all for looking and wish you a nice afternoon/evening!

Great characters and scene, as always, Ute!
A wonderful country store. A simple store for a simple time. This is so special to see.
A wonderful scene of the way it used to be, Ute! Really fun artwork, and a great dedication for a great artist.
Indeed, those 3 words have shaped much of my life. Never Give Up!
I actually found a store like this in the mountains of Colorado. Such a perfectly rustic scene.
Hach, die gute alte Zeit - wo ist sie nur geblieben? Wieder ein wunderbares Bild von Dir!
Excellent
Charming and adorable. I love it when people manage to tell a story with their art.
Wonderful :-) hugs
It's always hard to skip images in your gallery, because they're all marvels, Ute. But since my comments are long (and I'm very slow at writing them), I have to skip. I loved the violin images (color and sepia), and the transformation of the human form (I don't remember the title), and on and on and on...(und so weiter/usw)...but I'll start with this one. Honestly, I just closed my eyes and picked an image to start with: I could start anywhere, and it would be a perfect starting-point...
Your lighting is like silver...the people in this country store are lit like they're in a special story or play. I like that you have a grandmother on one side, and a mother and daughter on the other, with that tall man in the back. He definitely looks like a man of the earth. A wonderful rustic, earthy image. And the horse and beautiful sunset/sunrise brings the beauty of nature right into the store. You lit the scene beautifully too---on the walls, the jars, the table. We had stores like this when I was a child---they're mostly gone now (taken-over by malls). A gentle, charming and loving portrait.
