It is very nice to spend your vacation there. If you look at the villages with open eyes, you realize that life there can be very hard.

The best way to explore these villages is on foot. There are many small streets with nice cafes and restaurants, but with countless stairs ;-)

It may be on a lot of postcards but YOU took this one, so it has extra value. Hope you had a wonderful time in sunny Italy. I have been here 33 years but have never visited Le Cinque Terre yet. I hope to soon though.

Vielen Dank Ute. Das Örtchen heist Manarola und ist der letzte Ort von Cinque Terre (fünf Dörfer).
Diese Aussicht muss man sich aber erwandern. Das heißt viele steile Treppenstufen auf einem schmalen Feldweg. Es sind aber an dieser Stelle schon viele Fotos (für Postkarten, Buchcovers usw.) von dem Ort gemacht worden.
