When one writes that they are "sorry," it seems rather hollow. The written word rarely conveys accurately how one feels--it is the tone of how the words are expressed along with the physical attitude and facial expressions that add to and carry the full spectrum of one's emotions. But, I am truly sorry for your loss--you know I've been there too. It will take time for your loss not to take up so much of your emotional real estate, but for now allowing your emotions to flow freely is the only and best way to deal with the loss of your dear friend and allow you to move forward.
