We saw this amazing form on one of our journeys In. On our way back, later that same day, it was gone.
This is something that happens rather frequently here.
The scientists who come here, with their more linear thought, have been unable to explain how very advanced silicate formations can simply disappear! It has been so hard for them to study a space that is suddenly just - empty!
And it drives the map makers crazy. 😁

Such a beautiful other-worldly entity...reminds me of the mundane sea urchin. Outstanding colors, reflections. One never knows what mysterious things they might encounter in other dimensions/worlds.

at some point, I have to look at your albums and comment. I've loved all your water-crystal images, and I love the idea that these elaborate forms just 'disappear'. It's like you're saying it's all light underneath (inner light), and these forms appear and morph and disappear because they're all just versions of the light. "Different garments" so to speak... The image is echoing and radiating music, the visual motifs pulse and repeat as if a huge mystic creature landed on the water and set everything into motion. Beautiful forms and deep purple-reds, deep greens and blues, and the feeling of a huge ship made of light and crystals. You have a world inside you, beautifully done. (And those spear-like leaves---on each side of the "ship" ((forgive my clumsy words))---are like the bed of leaves that this huge organism sits on...or even a set of protective spears to keep it safe as it glides its way through the thickets of the world.) Beautiful.
