Description
While in her quarters, Helen heard alarming sounds coming from the courtyard--grabbing her bow and arrows, she readied herself for some combat. Upon reaching the outdoors, it became clear to her that a most dreaded enemy had breached the castle perimeter. Too bad for them :)

All your women are strong and ready for action. You got a lot of motion into this, and her concerned expression says she’s not going to stop. I also love the way the sunlight dapples everything with light.
A most convincing and beautiful action scene, your courageous model actually look all set for battle, and she's got everything to make herself heard, not to mention her own charm and elegance in action. Well done!
if this were a photo, one would say you captured the perfect action-in-a-moment: She's lunging down the stairs, she's all focussed on the enemy (out of frame), her fist is ready for fight (as Barb points out), and she's come from a dark interior into total sunlight: Beautifully composed. Her boots look very medieval---in fact so does that great hood, and the bands around her waist (with weapons). You placed her off to one side too, giving the background a chance to breathe on the other side. (That orange urn is a nice balance.) Jendellas asked "who has she seen?" I like to think she saw Trump on the other side of the street, and is piling down the stairs, waving her fist and screaming, "earth to Donald: You lost! Get the ____ outa Dodge, dude..." Beautifully posed and composed.
Great lighting and the sense of motion in both her pose and her outfit. Not seeing who or what the enemy really gets my imagination racing.
