The best Bond! sad to hear his passing.

I dreaded this day. I adored Sir (Thomas) Sean, and as far as I am concerned he is the true 007--others tried but simply cannot compete. One of my favs was his role as friar William of Baskerville in The Name of the Rose...Great tribute, Rod.

My only regret is that he didn't fully realize his dream of seeing an independent Scotland. . . and he wasn't the best James Bond, he was the only James Bond, period!!! Your girls due themselves proud and I for one am saluting him along side of them. Nice tribute, Rod.

I enjoyed most of his films enormously. Of his rivals/colleagues, only Pierce Brosnan came close to portraying Bond as effectively (and I have always suspected that that was because Brosnan consciously imitated Connery's acting style; he didn't play Bond, he played Connery.) We'll not see his like again.

yet another major loss in our lives, Eddie a few weeks ago and now one of my favorite actors, Clint Eastwood is another of mine and he is pretty old also. Sean was theeeee best bond ever. Roger Moore was a super second but after him the 007 character started downhill. Goldfinger and Diamonds are forever were my two faves of his run as bond. truly a very sad day in the acting world. he also did many other great movies. much enjoyed him in the Indiana Jones movie. and Tina is proud to be a part in your tribute to this amazing actor. all T.N.A. feel the loss, great job Rod, I morn with you bro.
