Description
Here's another illustration for a prose detective story. This is Lieutenant Chan, the detective on the scene where the first body is found. Y'know, this illustration really brought home how important it is to have utility poses available to jump start a scene. Here I needed a simple pose of a guy taking notes on a pad, and it was kind of hard to find a good pose as a starting point. Honestly, it was more than a little frustrating. And, of course, right after I got it to work, I found a cool pose for M4 under the name "Forensics."
Figure is M4 with the Michael 4 Ethnic faces dialed in (a combination of the Asian and Eskimo dials worked best). And the shirt is a really cool one from Poser Addicts. I think the badge is a freebie from ShareCG. Typical workflow here: Renders in Poser Pro 11 and clean up in Clip Studio Paint.

Nice clean image.
Love the illustration effect for this one! The play of light and shadow works so well :-)
