Description
Jake Hardazz and Silo Monroe are two space rovers always in search of the easy mark. They may
have just found their target in Jorge Millsapp, a freelance galaxy archaeologist.
Jorge has been studying some ancient manuscripts he received mysteriously at a recent
archaeological conclave. One of the attendants was a very old gentleman that took an interest
in Jorge. Over the course of visiting with him, the old gentleman impulsively entrusted his
life's work to Jorge. He seemed to have discovered an ancient super advanced race of beings
that disappeared millions of years ago.
Somehow, the old gentleman had stumbled across references to them in his travels searching for
interesting archaeological digs around the galazy and had uncovered few documents the supposedly
referenced this race's home planet.
There were enough clues in these documents to give a person with knowledge of the stars to
possibly find this planet.
Vast stores of riches both in rare metals and gems as well as technological advances were
purported to be resting there, just waiting for someone with a little ambition to come along
and scoop them up.
Jorge was very excited about these possibilies. He and the old gentleman agreed to try
tracking down this planet together and had started making preparations for their adventure
when the old man suddenly fell ill and passed away. Before he did, he gave Jorge the keys to
a safe box he had left on a distant planet with the rest of his works inside. Jorge gave the
old man his word that he would track down this planet and share its knowledge with the rest
of the galaxy.
But now to our current dilemma. Jorge can't seem to get off this planet. Everyone he approaches
thinks he is a crackpot and won't have anything to do with him. Then one night in one of the
drinking establishments, Jorge bumps into these two characters.
He is loose with his pocket book and keeps the drinks flowing. Before long, Jake and Silo have
convinced Jorge that they are honorable space pilots and that it would be a shame not to hire
them for this project. Wink! Wink!
Well, now that we have set up some of the preliminary details of this off handedly simple space
opera, would it be worth our time to proceed on to the next scene?

Only if Jorge ultimately gets what he's after and he doesn't end up being bamboozled, hoodwinked, and hornswoggled by these two ne'er-do-wells!
I'm waiting to see what the hitchhiker looks like in your next installment! Thanks for the comment, 'cardo! Very much appreciated!
very mysterious and exciting
a story worth writing will tell itself!! go for it!! Grand image!
This has the making of a grand tale. Please continue on. Well done.
If the story is beating against the inside of your skull, you have no choice but to write it - a good story won't shut up until it's on paper.
I must confess, I had no story in mind. I just started putting these characters together. Mainly, I just wanted to use the new hair I purchased today on the blond. The other guys have been sitting in my runtime for quite some time. The one on the left even has the mold on his threads to prove it. LOL. So, as I was putting this together, a little bit of the story started leaking out. I tried stopping it up with some very old super glue, but you know how that is. I couldn't even get the cap of the darn stuff. Again, lol. So now you know, some of the story leaked out and now I don't know what else there is in that darn vase the blond is holding. Thanks for viewing my stuff. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so! Very much appreciated, Wolf!
The best stories are the ones where you just let the characters get together, and see where it ends up. A fine story and an even better image.
Such a fine looking robot! Nice work!
Interesting bodysuit on your blond bloke. Looks like a saga coming up - great story, keep going!

Wonderful story,beautiful image,fantastic work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I'm not going to be the first to tell Jorge there were two VERY experienced space pilots sitting at the bar next door. Their names are Han and Chewie...
Great job on this scene, Bill!
Oh, I saw these images out of order. Things make more sense now. LOL! Honorable space pilots, indeed...
Looks like a (mis)adventure in the making! Going on a job with anyone whose last name is Hardazz is always a risky proposition :-) Love the blacks and reds!
Who knows, maybe he is the crackhead and the two rovers will be bamboozled.
Love it! The figures are all nicely posed. Wonderful scene!
