I came up with the idea for this piece simply after hearing the theme of the new render challenge over at Hivewire3D (wonderful place, you should check it out!) which is “We Are All In This Together“. Unfortunately, the contest requires that at least three products from the store’s challenge category be used in the render and I couldn’t figure out how to incorporate any of the products from that category into my idea. UNTIL NOW! I finally had a little lightbulb go off over my head the other night and figured out I could make little scenes featuring products from the categories and put them on the hospital room’s TV and painting on the wall. Now the scene has products from the category! I don’t know yet if this will qualify or not but I’m certainly going to try to enter this artwork into the contest because I really like this one. UPDATE: It qualifies and Hivewire3D featured this artwork in their September 11th newsletter! I’ll try to update this when the results of the challenge are announced if I am lucky enough to place in the contest.

This one struck a chord with me: We have a friend who is a nurse and COVID-19 has really stressed her. Working on a LOT of people 12 hours every day, and in the early days even sleeping in her car so she wasn't risking infecting her husband and kids. It was an ugly time early on, at least a BIT better now. Wonderful heart-grabbing image.
