I don't know the name of this bird, the prey is probably a grasshopper.

Ta photo d'oiseau, bien nette, prise en pleine action, est superbe, avec ce joli premier plan et le fond vert tendre........magnifique prise de vue avec l'oeil du photographe, Jean-Claude !
Amazing capture of the right moment! Bravo !!!
Ouh c'est joli cela, belle photo Jean-Claude!
Great catch, Jean!
Oh my! Lunch is served! Just a little bit gross but still shows the natural flow of the food chain! Excellent image and fine capture Jean!
Excellent composition with this hunter in it natural environment!!!
Miam miam , say the little bird
tremendous capture of the bird and it's dinner. looks like a hopper for sure. thanks for sharing my friend. 5++
Seulement un 108 mm? Chapeau!
A wonderful capture of natures work. We are all part of the chain. We need to do our part to insure its continuity. Your photo work is a grand reminder of our duty to save the environment.
We have a lot of those and related little things here, sparrows and finches mostly. You mist use a telephoto lens of some sort for these, otherwise it would have buggered off right quick.
Magnifique capture
Beautiful capture!!!
Wonderful capture,excellent shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing capture my friend, love it.
I think it is a blackbird Jean-C. The youngsters are going to be feed well. I always wonder how they get so much food carried away in their beak. Your capture is great once more.
excellent - looks like a finch family
Great capture of this young bird with his meal--looks like he was posing just for you, J_C...Most of the birds in my area rely on what folks feed them--seeds, bread and such. Each year there are fewer and fewer insects for them to enjoy.
It's almost like they pose for you JC, amazing capture...
great capture
belle! Capturer!!!
Fantastic, love it
looks like our sparrows. they are small also, but the heart of a tiger
Pas de chance pour cette proie. C 'est la loi de la nature. Nous, on n'a pas besoin d'ĂȘtre dĂ©vorĂ©s, on s'en charge nous-mĂȘme avec nos conneries.
Great capture!
I always feel sorry for the prey - can't look at nature programs. But you've captured the perfect moment here.
