Wonderful picture! This reminds me of a true story. When I was a little kid, I used to visit my grandma a lot. She had many wrinkles and had always been a (beloved and kind) but old lady to me. I never knew her in any other way. Once, I remember, I discovered an old faded photo of her wedding day (somewhere in the 1920s). I stared at this beautiful young woman and the young man, both of whom were clearly recognizable as my grandparents, though in much earlier years. I looked up and said to my grandmother: "Grandmother, is that you with Grandfather? Boy, were you beautiful. I'm sure if I had lived then, I would have fallen in love with you too." She laughed, and from that moment on, I always saw my grandmother's beauty, despite all the wrinkles, the bent back and bony fingers. She was simply beautiful! Sometimes we have to look behind the wrinkles to see the beauties they always were.

what a wonderful story and yes, to me those old men and women who kept their kindness and are wise through all what they have lived through, have a beauty which is eternal and touching the heart :)
