Very organic, and very microscopic. It looks like planets in front of a huge cluster of stars. But it also looks like a microscopic photograph: Yes, "virus" comes to mind.....you have many organic shapes here, including beautiful blue webs, egg-shapes, all kinds of cell-walls, etc. And your colors are terrific. This is gorgeous, full size. It's a huge cellular colony.
