Description
"They kept diving that wreck, this time we were in their dive area for them ::: boss says: put general-purpose waterfront thugs like us in good compact bubbleless kit with good training, gets rough jobs done better than by fancy CV's with best interview manners - that's the way, "the big handful" and other hand got 'is stab-control, no more bubbles, surface 'im and back in base find what 'e knows -- my mate's new underwater ultrasound gun got the other three -- their stabjackets 'll soon become more rebreathers for us."

I thought maybe the divers were using the ocean to break free from restrictive "shelter in place" laws in their area! ;-) Nice scene!

In a rebreather, the absorbent as it absorbs exhaled carbon dioxide makes the breathing-gas warm. This is a nuisance in hot industrial breathing set use on land, but it is a thankful help in cold-water diving.

Great story. Yes, sometimes you just have to take the kid gloves off and get rough when it comes to security. I know next to nothing about scuba or underwater operations so this is quite fascinating. My background was always land based.
