This image that refers to the life of animals in the air must be related to that of water animals already posted here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/how-deep-is-the-sea-/2713300/?p Both have been presented in an art exhibition near Assisi, in S Maria degli Angeli in a prestigious medieval location in front of the church where there is the Porziuncola which was of S.Francesco church.

I remember "How Deep is the Sea"...I commented on it a few years ago, and I loved it. "Lode all'Aria" is just as beautiful. Your light in this image is brighter, of course, since it's in the air. And we see your inimitable way with patterns: A wonderful array of patterns, folds, hues, and lines. Each bird has different patterns and hues. And you have a number of very wavy lines---like water-ripples traveling through the wings....And the big white bird looks like a delicate paper-cutout, with creases, indentations, and a mix of whites with shaded grays. You've placed the birds in many poses---with complex perspective, angles, etc. I know nothing about 3D, but I assume it takes time and devotion to get all these poses and angles 'just right'. When you add your hues and patterns, you've created a powerful pastiche, almost a 'collage' of birds and textures. And I like how the wings overlap---the bird in the center (below the white bird): It's right-side wing flows under the white bird, then emerges above it...

But besides that, you have your sky, with all those carved/etched shapes: Maybe some of those triangular shapes are mountains...but then maybe they're abstractions, capturing the many qualities of the sky itself. The blues are peaceful; and yes, maybe they bring good luck (as you suggested in your very kind comments to me). It's an exuberant, beautiful image...and, for all its variety, it exudes a calming peace. The "Lado" in your title ("laud" in English) is just right: It's a praise of the creatures of the air (aria). The word "Lieder" is from "laud" too: I.e., songs of praise...this is a song of praise. Beautiful art, Giuliano.
