The girl in black and white is Nakia Phillips AKA TattleTale is the second youngest with size shifting abilities. The youngest is Pomegranate Phillips or Pom Pom with the power create duplicates of herself with different powers based on what part of psyche they represent. Her sense of humor is represented with elastic power and her self confidence in a giant. Generally speaking if this came to blows Odessa would win with her training, experience and knowledge of her sisters powers.
