Description

Everybody needs it once in a while, this private island! A place to go to be alone, undisturbed, unaffected by all those things hammering in on us day by day! This Island can look very different for everybody. For some it is a walk in the nature (such as for me), for others it is sitting in the car and driving away. For some it is the quietness of a church (or some other kind of temple), for others it is the moment in a chair with a good book. For a colleague of mine it is the sound of the wind and the shaking of the thermals in the glider cockpit for another friend it is gardening. Those islands look as different as the people are, but for all of them it is a place to relax and to find to them self, a place to refuel and find strength for the next troublesome times ahead. Sonnet took it literal. She decided to go on her island with something cool to drink and lots of sun rays to soak in. On her island she is undisturbed (given the phone is far enough away and muted) and even all the demands for attention of her dog and her cat stays at the rim of the pool. The gorgeous Sonnet is the last creation of Pixeluna and Shadownet. As usual: The render is pure IRAY-Render without postwork (except for the Logo in the lower right corner) Credits: "Haydina Hair for Genesis 8 Female(s)" by WindField @ DAZ3D "Dog8" and "German Shepherd for Daz Dog 8" @ DAZ3D "Daz House Cat with dForce Hair" @ DAZ3D "dForce Towel" made in Hexagon by my self (lol) Thanks for peeking and for all the constructive comments in the past!

Sometimes an image can evoke emotion, sometimes trigger smells. I'm telling you I could literally smell the chlorine and plastics in this scene =)

I really like your concept and the scene, Alexander including the cat and dog drama detail. Sonnet seems to be ready for summer. Although it is still cool here where we live but it's also starting to reach the higher 75 degrees and it's getting there. Oh, and yes, I saw that cat figure in the background. Still missing your old friend.

A most wonderful and relaxing scene with lovely Sonnet, my friend! She needed a little time to chill and relax after swinging that bat all night! 😁 I love the warmth and light here - makes me look forward to summer arriving. I could definitely hang with your friend chilling out in the glider. That would be so awesome!
