Description
A bedroom. In the past, there were probably tapestries on the walls!

Too bad the tapestries were removed. Would be interesting too see what they were. A gr re at capture of this ancient bedroom Jean. Thanks for sharing my friend. 5++
Very interesting shot !
Yes, tapestries likely covered the walls--rather austere room otherwise...wonder what the kitchen-pantry looks like--have a capture, J_C?
Thanks for your interest Barbara, but sorry, for this castle I have two captures of bedrooms more, but no capture of the kitchen, some parts of the castle were closed when we visited it.
Incredible to see their live in a bedroom. Knowing this all makes you think a lot different.
Yes. Tapestries would be much better. In this state it looks dreadful and dreary. Almost like a prison cell except for the bed being there. Marvelous photo, Jean.
Great capture!
I've seen those crossed boards on outside walls but did realize they were used on the inside. Interesting scene my friend!!!
Interesting!
Blind spot! Who knows.. Good, verygood! 5++
What a fantastic place.
Vianden Castle
Okay, the ceilings a little too high for my taste. But it still looks very native. Very nice photo, Jean-Claude.
Too Cool
