I'll probably have to make myself scarce until next weekend, as I had a torticolli last night. Since I couldn't drive to a doctor, René had taken the bus to the pharmacy in the neighbouring village this morning to at least supply me with medicine and neck warming plasters! In any case I feel a bit better tonight than yesterday, at least I can move my head again!
Je vais probablement devoir me faire rare jusqu'au week-end prochain, car j'ai eu un torticolis hier soir. Comme je ne pouvais pas me rendre en voiture chez un médecin, René avait pris le bus pour aller à la pharmacie du village voisin ce matin pour me fournir au moins des médicaments et des pansements pour le cou ! En tout cas, je me sens un peu mieux ce soir qu'hier, au moins je peux bougez ma tête de nouveau !
Werde mich wohl bis zum kommenden Wochenende rar machen müssen, da ich mir gestern Abend einen Torticolli zugezogen habe. Da ich zu keinem Arzt fahren konnte, war René heute morgen mit dem Bus ins Nachbardorf zur Apotheke gefahren, um mich wenigstens mit Medikamenten und Nackenwärmepflaster zu versorgen! Auf jeden Fall geht es mir heute Abend etwas besser wie gestern, ich kann wenigstens wieder meinen Kopf bewegen!

Comme ta belle image, cet hiver est humide et pluvieux, alors nos articulations sont à rude épreuve. Il existe des cataplasmes que l'on mais au micro-ondes et ensuite sur ton cou, je t'assure il n'y a rien de tel que la chaleur dans ces cas là. Bon courage à toi me Ute

Du Arme, machst so ein schönes Bild und dann sowas. Einen Schiefhals. Kann das sein das Du zu lange vor dem Computer gesessen hast? Egal wie, Du wirst das schon rauskriegen und therapieren. Ich wünsche Dir in jedem Fall gute Besserung. Ich finde man sieht immer etwas lächerlich aus wenn man mit einer Schonhaltung durch die Gegend läuft. Schau Dich mal auf YouTube um, da gibt es einige Videos die Gymnastik dafür anbieten.
Danke mein Lieber, habe alles im Griff, bisher hat jedoch nichts geholfen, heute mittag lasse ich mir ne Spritze verpassen, so etwas ist ja äußerst ätzend, komme mir vor wie Quasimodo!
