What a lovely, cozy scene! I love the snowy mountains backdrop, the snow falling outside, the warm light inside (and the play of light and shadow), and the rich textures on her clothing, blanket, and carpet! (One very small suggestion: you can tone down the specular highlights on her socks by attaching the bump map to Reflectivity on a Blinn node attached to AltSpecular and disabling the main Specular input.) I also love the fat puppies enjoying the shag carpet!
