Fehn's patience is running thin at the moment. Her husband is late, very late for dinner...again, and she knows exactly where he's at--the local tavern, bending his elbow, sucking down that mead. His dinner will be served out back, with the chickens...

Love her pose and expression, and the way the light glints in her eyes! She definitely conveys the exasperated emotional state she's understandably in! Also love the colors you chose for her clothing as well as the overall lighting.

love these two pieces...she's being kind by making him dinner, even if he has to eat it with the chickens! She's got the perfect fed-up expression, and I love the dark reddish light. And the leaves falling. (The wise soul is fed up.) (And btw, have you ever tasted mead? I don't know if the mead I tasted was as it was in the middle ages---I haven't been back to the middle ages in a while---but if it was anything like it was back then, I don't know how we ever got through 1400! It could eat through the chrome of a car...and it's just fermented honey...) Two delightful images and story.
